Review by hotel critic
From the moment I entered the charming establishment, I was captivated by its rich history, evident in every meticulous detail. As I explored the hallways and entered my room, the blend of antique charm with modern amenities was truly impeccable. Despite feeling transported to a bygone era, the upgraded bathroom and shower facilities provided a luxurious touch to the experience. The serene countryside location ensured peaceful nights, allowing me to fully unwind after days of adventure. the staff's exceptional hospitality truly stood out, offering a level of attentiveness and warmth that made me feel truly welcomed. Even without a reservation, the restaurant's team went above and beyond to accommodate me, creating a memorable dining experience under the stars and trees. the culinary journey presented by the chef was nothing short of exceptional, with each dish thoughtfully crafted and described. From the exquisite local wine to the delectable desserts, every bite was a true delight. the overall cleanliness, comfortable bedding, and the added convenience of free parking further enhanced my stay. Hotel Von Bergen has truly set a new standard for me, leaving me eager to return and savor its unique charm once more.
